Galaxy Star Glitter Lamp

Good Morning, lovelies! I'm kicking off the weekend with a fun little novelty...the Galaxy Star Glitter Lamp from the Lava Lamp company. I think it's safe to say that the majority of us have owned at least one lava or glitter lamp in the past. They have a way of drawing you in and capturing your attention for hours of fun!

As stated in the video, the lamp has three colors. The first is blue, followed by green and pink. The colors do not mix together but there are little silver stars that float and mix all throughout the bottle. The stars create a sort of Northern Lights effect against the wall...you'll see rays/lines/dots of green and pink moving all around. It's fascinating to watch and brings a sense of calm and peace at night.

The packaging was put together well. It came wrapped in two boxes with plenty of bubble wrap to keep it safe during shipping. Assembly was incredibly simple...open up the box, take out the base, place the glass bottle inside and place the tip cover on the top.

*WARNINGS*

Lava and Glitter lamps can be dangerous if not properly taken care of, so make sure to always read the instructions. It takes about two - three hours for the lamp to heat up properly to allow the contents to move inside. It's critical that you do not leave these lamps on for more than ten hours at a time, as this could pose a fire hazard. Do not leave them unattended for too long or around small children, as they can get very hot.

With all of that being said, I'm absolutely thrilled with the Galaxy Star Glitter Lamp! I think the Galaxy themed base is incredibly beautiful. It makes for lovely decor, whether that be in a bedroom, living room, etc. I truly think they are intriguing to watch.
